- Registration of appeals.
- Maintaining the register.
- Entering data into spreadsheets.
- Preparation of reports on the work done.
- Post-monitoring calls.
- Communication skills and ability to structure information
- Ability to advise and not be afraid of a live conversation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- People skills, restraint, empathy
- Stress resistance.
