Required experience:
  • Receiving incoming calls.
  • Advising citizens on charitable assistance, evacuation and other types of assistance.
  • Registration of appeals.
  • Maintaining the register.
  • Entering data into spreadsheets.
  • Preparation of reports on the work done.
  • Post-monitoring calls.
  • Communication skills and ability to structure information
  • Ability to advise and not be afraid of a live conversation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • People skills, restraint, empathy
  • Stress resistance.
