"We did not plan to create a foundation and engage in charitable activities, but February 24, 2022 changed everything. Together with my family, we decided to help people evacuate from Volnovakha that is in Donetsk region," recalls Dmytro Myshenin, Head of the CF "Angels of Salvation," about the beginning of our work.


This mission gathered around us ordinary people with their own vans, who expressed a desire to evacuate people with us. Later, we found additional vehicles provided by caring people. We can safely say that we have been to all the hot spots of the frontline you have ever heard of.

In parallel with the evacuation, we were looking for funds to bring food to those who were still under fire. We also set up a small shelter in Slovyansk, our hometown, where we brought people to spend the night. There they could eat and rest in the warmth. In the morning, we would take them to the evacuation trains.

As early as March 2022, we had partners who provided us with funds and donated charitable aid. It was then that we realized that we needed to look for a warehouse away from the front line so that we could receive the aid in a safer place, take it to Slovyansk and distribute it to cities close to the front line. It was then that caring people helped us again by providing us with a free warehouse in Dnipro.

Only then, around the beginning of April 2022, did we recruit more caring people to help with the administrative side of our work. From the very beginning of the Foundation, the team consisted of no more than ten people. Currently, the total number of employees reaches more than 700 and this number is growing every month, which we are very proud of.

In the 3 years of our work, we have implemented a lot of projects. According to our calculations, we have already helped more than 6,300,000 people.

Every day we hear dozens of stories from ordinary people. Some of them we have helped before, some of them tell us for the first time. In both cases, there is something that everyone says: "We would not have survived without you".

Today, the Charity Foundation "Angels of Salvation" operates under international humanitarian law and brings together volunteers, international organizations and agencies in Ukraine and around the world to help those who need it most.

Our team works in many villages and towns along the frontline in Donetsk, Kherson. Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro and Mykolaiv regions.

But despite the fact that our work is focused on the southeastern region, we are rapidly expanding our geography.

A highly qualified team of over 700 dedicated professionals.

A fleet of 100 vehicles used for evacuation and humanitarian aid delivery — including cars, trucks, an armored vehicle, high-capacity buses, and ambulances equipped to transport people with limited mobility and serious health conditions.

We collaborate closely with local volunteers and authorities in the communities we serve, ensuring we always have up-to-date information about the most urgent needs.

Our work spans the entire territory of Ukraine, with a primary focus on the hardest-hit regions: Donetsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Dnipropetrovsk, and Mykolaiv. We currently support over 400 settlements, and this number continues to grow.

We operate from 4 offices: our main office in Dnipro, and regional offices in Sloviansk, Kharkiv, and Mykolaiv.

We also maintain 3 warehouses: in Dnipro and Pavlohrad (Dnipropetrovsk region), and Sloviansk (Donetsk region).
