"When our 'Angels' arrive, we talk, we smile, we draw, and we learn," says Ms. Alla.

Teaching is a demanding and deeply responsible profession. It requires not only high-level expertise but also strong emotional resilience. That’s why, as part of our joint project with DanChurchAid (DCA) and Norwegian Church Aid (NCA), the Mobile Team is conducting a series of training sessions for educators.

The goal of the "Skills for Psychological Recovery" training is to provide teachers with practical tools for coping with stress and psychological challenges — both in their professional lives and personal experiences.

During the sessions, participants learn to recognize and accept their own emotions, stabilize their emotional state, and support others during times of crisis. The program includes not only theoretical knowledge but also hands-on exercises: self-help techniques, breathing practices, and other emotional stabilization tools.

"After the training, we feel emotionally released and full of strength," Ms. Alla, one of the participants, concludes.

The Mobile Team was created by the Charitable Foundation "Angels of Salvation" with support from DanChurchAid (DCA) and Norwegian Church Aid (NCA) in Ukraine, and with financial support from the Government of Norway.
