Around 15 million people in Ukraine are in need of support that is currently being provided by around 4 million humanitarian workers.
The support of humanitarian and charitable organisations is crucial in the current context as it provides basic needs in crisis situations, helps protect vulnerable groups, and serves as a basis for recovery and return to normal life. Despite the risks to their lives, they continue helping in the field knowing that their work is critical.
